Want to create a blog for free online shopping, use the blogspot is not hard anymore. You need to make sure you have a Paypal merchant account first. The shopping cart is available in the merchant tools. I personally use Paypal for all my online payments. I have the Paypal debit card and can use my funds immediately. Paypal also has an iPhone app. You can also integrate Simplecart.js+Paypal. This is a javascript to add to your blog that utilizes Paypal.
I personally have not done this but Angga-weblog.blogspot.com has written all about how to use Simplecart.js on blogspot. I always feel that you can always do anything yourself. That is if you really have the patience to learn something new. If you are one who feels more secure having someone else does it I am sure there are many designers who would do it for you. As for price, it all depends on the designer. I cannot say if this would be the most cost effective.
